Contact supportIf you exceed your plan limits, overage fees will apply based on the maximum overage configuration in your account settings. These fees are calculated according to the pricing list shared at the start of your billing period. The annual quota that can be used flexibly throughout the year.
Larger customers have the option to pre-purchase larger usage quotas in advance.
You are only committed to the current billing period and can cancel at any time without penalties.
However, we do not offer refunds for already charged or started billing periods. All plans are billed upfront at the beginning of the billing period.
You can cancel your subscription through the subscriptions section in your account settings.
When you upgrade or downgrade a plan mid-period, a new billing period will begin. Your old plan will be voided and any pre-paid amount will be refunded up to the cost of the newly purchased subscription.
We aim to make our app, APIs, and add-ins intuitive and well-documented so that you can easily become self-sufficient. For additional support, we offer email assistance, with priority support available for Professional tier users. Customized support and training programs can be tailored for Enterprise customers.
